In order to practice safely, until normal therapeutic arrangements can resume, I am currently offering phone and /or online sessions. I will be keeping in regular contact with clients as often as possible.
Trish has been offering professional counselling for just over 15 years seeing clients in private practice for 11 years.
At the heart of almost all of her professional work has been the commitment to help others, working within the public sector (the prison service as a prison officer for 17 years ) and then within charitable organisations these include The Matthew Project West Norfolk, The One to One Project King’s Lynn and Dhiverse Cambridgeshire.
Trish is a registered member of the MBACP, she attends regular supervision and her own personal therapy, believing that it is important to be open to examining her own thoughts, feelings and “blind spots” valuing the awareness her own therapy provides.
She is mindful of the value and trust placed within her when someone seeks help, or wishes to be listened to and heard, committed to offering provision that is reliable, consistent and available.
Trish’s practice is discretely located in a local village between King’s Lynn Norfolk and Long Sutton Lincolnshire.
