Hello, my name is Trish
I am an experienced, professionally qualified therapeutic counsellor in private practice, offering counselling in Spalding, Long Sutton, and across South Holland, Lincolnshire. I also continue to support clients in King’s Lynn and the surrounding areas.
Working Together at This Time
I am relocating to the South Holland/Spalding area from Terrington St Clement in King’s Lynn. During this transition, I am offering sessions remotely via Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or telephone. In-person sessions will resume once my therapy room is fully established.
I understand that remote sessions may not feel like the right fit for everyone. While the experience differs from meeting face-to-face, it can still provide a safe, containing, and supportive space.
For new enquiries, I can offer virtual sessions at this stage. If you prefer face-to-face therapy, I would be glad to keep your details safe and add you to my waiting list for in-person sessions, which I plan to resume in mid-spring 2026.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
I have been counselling for over 23 years and seeing clients privately for 18 years. I have helped with various issues by offering short-term and long-term counselling. At the heart of almost all of my professional work has been the commitment to help others, working within the public sector and then within charitable organisations –
Dhiverse is a sexual health charity in Cambridgeshire. Support worker
The Matthew Project, West Norfolk (Drug Support worker)
A Mental Health Charity based in West Norfolk as a counsellor and group facilitator.
I truly believe one of the most important questions you can ask another is not what’s wrong, but what has happened to them? So often, that’s where our struggles begin.
During sessions, we try to understand and unpack beliefs and narratives learnt and followed, possibly for some time.
Of course, some of these narratives and ways of being may have served you well, but sometimes, maybe not so much.
In our time together, we create curious conversations; as we talk, I listen without judgment to see if there might be ways to approach things differently so that you can begin to live the life you would choose for yourself.
“Only when compassion is present will people allow themselves to see the truth.”
