Obsessive Compulsive Disorder  (OCD) is very difficult to understand for both those who try to manage their OCD and  their  family and friends . Sometimes people really don’t appreciate the disorder or  how distressing it can be.

Lucy Bailey has written about her own experience in her new book ” Because We Are Bad ” as a therapist and friend, a relative of someone with OCD I found Lucy’s open and honest book so helpful.

If you know someone who is who is asking you or themselves ” this cant be normal ?” then maybe this book might be helpful for you also.
